RNR Records - James Pugh (B 3224)

Dear colleagues, I would greatly appreciate your help in understanding the names of two ships in RNR Service records for James Pugh.

For some reason records are not in chronological order, changed them (the first attached image)

HMS Jupiter 2.8.14 - 19.5.15

HMS Vivid from Jupiter 20.5.15 - 10.06.15

HMS Berwick for SS ???? - can't read the ship's name 11.6.15 - 12.11.15

HMS Vivid - 13.11.15 - 17.5.16

HMS Crescent for RMS ??? - can't read the ship'd name, dates are not clear, but discharged 15.8.17 from HMS Gunner - Granton Naval Base?

HMS Pekin - I assume it's an auxiliary patrol shore base at Grimsby? 16.8.17 - 5.6.18

HMS Victory from Pekin 6.6.18 - 12.10.18

Difficult to read but I believe the BERWICK entry to be the name of the merchant ship in which he took passage to join BERWICK in the USA. BERWICK's log is here - http://www.naval-history.net/OWShips-WW1-05-HMS_Berwick.htm

CRESCENT for HMS CHEPSTOW - a paddle minesweeper ASCOT Class.
