Next step for me would be to tie them into their Great War records - as I've done with those two examples. Potentially some will have died, either in the military or in civil life or can be accounted for in other ways. There were many offers of assisted migration in the immediate aftermath of the Great War, so a man who has moved to Australia, etc, is unlikely to be in the area you're interested in in 1929.

If you hit a brick wall with any of them in terms of the Great War please post here and let the GWF Brains Trust (+ me) lose on the problem.
