Hello

I’m hoping someone can help me interpret the text of who received the effects of my great uncle Benjamin Wood.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!

Basically I read it as Sister Mrs Sarah Croton, brother Job, and Miss Elizabeth H. Cooksey.

That is how I read it too, but the brother job part has me confused. I don’t know what that means?

Thanks for this, I didn’t realise this was accessible. It’s not letting me add to basket on my phone so I will have a go on my laptop when I get home!

Job was quite a common christian name in Victorian times. My great great grandfather was Job!

Welcome to the Forum by the way,    BillyH.
