Is there an record of all the military and merchant personnel taken/rescued by German submarine?

Is there a record indicating name, position, ship ,date ,etc.?

I refer to neutral or combatants.

I see there is something titled  Marcus Bateman's Index of British Fishermen and Merchant Seamen taken Prisoner
