Andrew Spooner Posted 14 September , 2021 Share Posted 14 September , 2021 Hi all I have a khaki tunic in the service dress style which was possibly worn by an official war correspondant during the war, no rank markings obviously, they were given the honorary rank of Captain. I know they wore a green arm band (Intelligence) in 1915 but were there cloth badges added later, a cloth oblong badge to the upper chest on the left above a medal ribbon line and curved patches to the upper arm on the shoulder. The badges were removed from this tunic prior to acquisition. Anyone have an image or details of possible insignia? I vaguely remember a badge of white lettering on a black background Thanks Andrew
