Can anyone work out what these comments say?

I have "Served under ? from MI5 WO"

What I have got so far

Miss Frances May Strawn

3 Aug 1896 born Lambeth

Daughter of Alfred Strawn an Articled Commercial Clerk in the Tea Trade and Marion Bullen

There is Mrs Frances May Strawn awarded an OBE in 1920 but not sure since she was  Miss rather than Mrs

1941 married Thurmond Isaiah Fayette Thomas (1897) in Bournemouth an Agent for Electrical Equipment who was disabled in the Great War in RND Anson Battalion 6 Nov 1917

31 Oct 1981 died in Bournemouth
