1918 maps - XII Division?

Afternoon all,

I found these maps in this old metal box named to a gent in XII Division The previous owner claimed they were second war area maps of some ilk. The smaller map is dated 13.08.18, just following the start of the hundred days. Really not my area of expertise, I've attached photos of the maps and chest. Hopefully they're of interest to the forum!

  • Spook1940 changed the title to 1918 maps - XII Division?

Nice find there sir, they look in a very delicate state and will need some TLC going forward.

Are the maps named to the gent or is it the box (or both)?

Anyone know what C.S.O. 1 stands for?
