For those interested in the Salonika Campaign  I thought I would post photographs of a medal I found commemorating the Italian Cruiser Piemonte. She served all the Campaign mostly on escort duties sailing between Salonika and Mudros. The reverse has the words Salonicco and Dedegatch. She bombarded the Bulgarian port of Dedegatch twice.  As of this moment I have not seen any other medal bearing the word Salonika _Salonicco on it.
