Finding more about an event mentioned in the War Diaries

I have been working on the War Diaries for the 8th Battalion, Suffolk Regiment. It mentions "During the early hours of the morning [of 3 November, 1916] 4 Germans were captured near the West Miraumont Road, and two near Courcelotte Trench...prisoners were sent to Brigade Headquarters at Poiziers. The Corps Commander & Divisional Commander sent a message expressing their satisfaction on the identification that was made."

Is there a similar diary or other records I could go to to investigate this event more? Are there equivalent records to the Battalion's records which are maintained at 53rd Brigade level, for example?
