Hi Daniel,

Definitely British Army Ancestors for British Army - the creator built it so that people will post photos of soldiers there.
For Anzacs, you can populate the individual profiles on the discoveringanzacs domain
For NZEF, there is the online cenotaph, and the profiles can be built up in a similar manner.

In addition, you could create a family tree on Ancestry, and add pictures to profiles. 

The following appears to contain quite a bit of French content. Like Ancestry, I think you have to be a subscriber to access the meaningful content.

That would explain why I was seeing so much French family tree content on that domain last year. One clever element is that it was grouping together men who served in the same units.
