Minley Manor was originally built, in the late 1850s, for Raikes Currie of the Glyn Mills Bank. During the Great War, it  was used as a Military Hospital,  before returning to Currie Family.

After the Great War, my Great Uncle James Yeates (ex 12768 Pte, 9th Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment) was employed at Minley Manor as a Game Keeper.

The House eventually passed into the hands of the War Office, in 1934, when it became the Senior Wing of the Staff College, Camberley. This dates your card.
It was later used by the Royal Engineers and became an Officer's Mess for Gibraltar Barracks.

It has now been sold off and I believe that the aim is to turn the building into a luxury hotel. The building was used in the film "633 Squadron" and more recently "Beauty and the Beast" staring Emma Watson (I have not seen the later film!).

The Royal Engineers used to hold annual musical Tattoos at Minley Manor. I went to one with my father, in the 1970s, when they played the 1812 overture actually firing cannons! Despite only living a couple of miles away, that was the only occasion I have visited.

Thank you for this information, Sepoy the card is post marked 1947. I knew it had  connection with the War Office in the First World War but I wasn't sure what.
