I have followed up a number of links to online versions of this book both from this site and others, and none appear to be currently functioning. Has anyone got a link which they've used, say, this year, and it's worked?

Maureen that is literally like black magic! I found this link to the 'Wayback Machine' before but couldn't understand how it worked (come to that still don't!). Very, very grateful.
