weshallremember Posted 20 August , 2017 Share Posted 20 August , 2017 HI LOOKING FOR ANY INFORMATION ON B-3033 HENRY WROE OF THE 10TH BATTALION RIFLE BRIGADE WHO DIED AT CAMBRAI ON DECEMBER 3RD 1917, ALSO HIS MEDICAL CARD STATES A QUALIFYING DATE OF 19-5-15 BUT THE 20TH LIGHT DIVISION WERE NOT IN FRANCE UNTIL 21ST JULY AS I UNDERSTAND. I COLLECT THE MEDALS DO RESEARCH ON THEM. stiletto_33853 Posted 28 August , 2017 Share Posted 28 August , 2017 (edited) Try 7th Battalion, suffered from Gas in early July 15 and was wounded on I think 27th July. weshallremember Posted 8 May , 2021 Author Share Posted 8 May , 2021 i posted a topic a while ago about henry just found these by accident really henry was reported as killed in action 30th november 1917 on the war diary. then found out he was wounded missing captured and died of wounds in german hands he was also gassed in 1915 and gun shot wound to the chest in 1916 with the 7th rifle brigade send back home to berrington war hospital then returned to join the 10th rifle brigade with whom he was killed 1917 trevorl Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
