RNCVR Posted 3 May , 2021 Share Posted 3 May , 2021 This medal looks very toned (tarnished) by exposure to air, sunlight, etc for many yrs, so it makes sense that the ribbon has also faded considerably, try turning the ribbon inside out, colors might be better .
