Help Decipher Signature - Identify Chaplain Please.

Hi, 

 I purchased this signed postcard of an Army Chaplain, and would appreciate help to decipher his signature and identify him please. 

The photograph is by "The Hudson Studios Ltd. Birmingham".

I agree, William Bernard Buggins seems the only candidate. If you try alternatives in TNA - there aren't any
