Digitalized material from the India National Archives is available here : https://www.abhilekh-patal.in/ Have spent a couple of weekends trolling through so far and it has proven a gold mine. It is these printed documents that are being catalogued, and requests for catalogued items to be digitised can be made, or for a small admin fee you can pay for copies.
