Can anyone have a stab at this mans specialist military qualification......in civvy life he was a bricklayer.  Thanks Colin

It's 'Clipstone', the camp where would re-join if re-called. It's been written over the top of the space below.

Thanks very much for that Craig......I should have noticed that from the answers above it but with my small amount of knowledge I still don’t think I would have got it .........much appreciated!!   Colin

It's not really any help, but the signature at the bottom is that of Sir Reginald Brade, the Secretary of the Army Council. I think it is a facsimile signature from a rubber stamp or similar.
