After any information at all on 63 Broad Gauge Railway workshops Coy RE. 
and in particular WR/126302 L/Cpl C W Hooper died 24 Jan 1920.

Previously 279 Gloucesters and also 310472 RE. Born c1876. Parent Mrs A Hooper, Swindon.

There are lots of papers relating to Charles William. First in Glos Regt in 1898. Looks like a Boer War Man. Re-enlisted in 1908. Not a perfect soldier. Went missing in UK in 1915-16 for a year.  Do you have access to fmp or ancestry?
