I think probably the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry.  It’s a very tough call because of distortion of the image but I’m swayed a bit by what also seems to be a two-piece shoulder title on his shoulder straps, which corroborates matters.

It’s the common effect of the mouth of the bugle horn Joanne and common to all light Infantry regiments, and the ancillary insignia of some rifle regiments too.
