track to Sheffield Park Serre

Saw somewhere that a new track was being considered to the Park avoiding "the Farmer" anyone know anything?

heard about it a few months ago, but that may have been a year ago, with covid time has flown since we were there last and probably nothing happening other than general maintainance. think it was , as you look at Sheffield park from the road, it was coming along a lane from the right behind the other farm on the right

Thats the track, also on CWGC site re these cemeteries there is a stronger warning about "He will not name" saying to keep off his land and do not pick up any items form the field!

Thought they were planning to make a more permanent right of way along the track that means you dont have to park in the next door farmers place or the fire layby , presumably with the cemetery and memorial that was visited a lot it would be less invasive of the locals. Possibly planning to widen and hard track to allow vehicle access from Rue du Chateau d'Eau

I have walked those fields many times. The farmer has never had a problem when I've come across him. However driving up the lane is a different matter
