Good evening all , I apologise to ask for help again but I've searched ancestry and cannot find s single thing on this man if anyone can assist , if only to confirm I'm using this site wrong it would be most appreciated 7640 A CPL P CLARKE E LAN REG many thanks in advance all the best

It's from the 1/ELR roll of qualification for the 1914 Star held at Fulwood Barracks, Preston.
