Cause of discharge

Hello

Albert George Greening Pte 139241 Royal Army Medical Corps discharged 13 July 1918.

According to the War Badge roll cause of discharge was sickness.  I can see Disability on army records but unable to read exactly what was the impairment.  Can someone please take a peek.

Thanks

Possibly may actually say "Debility" which is on his Pension card at WFA/Fold3 - Due to service - Got a Gratuity of £29-10-0
