Muerrisch Posted 6 November , 2020 Share Posted 6 November , 2020 The Brodrick. I now have to hand Toby Brayley's marvellous book, free to Military Historical Society members, on the Brodrick. I must declare an interest, having had slight editorial and advisory input. The photographs are fabulous, and of far wider interest than solely the topic of the headdress. A great deal of colour illustration and an authoritative text combine to make, I confidently predict, the definitive word on this short-lived, unloved, misunderstood item of British army uniform. MHS Special editions are usually sold ad hoc to non members in due course. Toby is now very busy on his next project.. My lips are sealed.

Toby Brayley Posted 9 November , 2020 Share Posted 9 November , 2020 Thank you both! That was 3 years in the making, for a single cap! I can't thank the individuals and Museums who helped me out enough! Kind Regards Toby
Toby Brayley Posted 9 November , 2020 Share Posted 9 November , 2020 It can now be bought here. It goes to a very good cause. https://www.militaryhistoricalsociety.co.uk/Shopbinder
