Decipher handwriting

Hoping some kind soul can read the handwriting... I just can’t decide what the word is, extract taken from a Graves Registration Report Form

Thanks for the lightning response Mike, my initial thought when I first saw it was ‘cancels’ which would make sense, it was only when I enlarged it that I got as far as ‘card...’, other forms in the sequence are annotated ‘card made...’ This note in question can only relate to the adjustment of grave numbers and so I can’t see the WO being interested in that... the date however is interesting...

I think it just means either a new card was added to the index to keep it up to date or an existing one was amended.  The note on GRU is merely to note that it had been done.
