Kevin WS Posted 17 October , 2020 Share Posted 17 October , 2020 Hi. attached is a photo of a friend's Grandfather. We believe he was in the Royal Artillery in WW1, and his cap badge appears to fit the shape. My friend remembers his Grandfather having large artillery shell cases (approx. 12 - 18 inches (30-45 cm) high) and the nose cone of a shell, as souvenirs at home. Are we correct? Are there any other features that would identify / confirm what regiment he was in? Many thanks Kevin
