Help - Scabbard to bayonet S84/98 and vz. 24

Good morning.
I'm an archaeologist, but I'm a bronze age researcher. I've already written here to help with the S14 bayonet. Now, I'd like to ask further as I've had to develop some military monuments. They were discovered together with a complex of militaries (and other objects) from the Great War area and World War II from the area of Gdansk (Wejherowo) in Poland. I have already asked for help before and now it continues. The earlier explanations and help was very helpful to me, it opened a new spectrum of questions and made me think again. Thank you very much because easy and simple solutions are not very ambitious and there are many interesting aspects.

Since some of these are items produced for the Great War, I ask for help. The state is like in the pictures. It is connected with the fact that it has been in the ground for several decades. The questions are analogous to all objects sometimes supplemented by my modest knowledge or doubts.

I have identified the scabbard to bayonet S84/98. Date and place of manufacture unknown.
1) I would like to ask how this model is dated (in what years of production)? From what I got is around 1905 when the M1871/84 model was changed to work with Gew. 98. Around 1910 it was replaced by the bayonet M1898/05 and around 1915 its production was resumed again. Do these data match? Unfortunately, I don't know when its production was stopped.
2) In what years it was in use in the regular army?
3) Do you know anything about its use in World War II?
4) Do you know anything about the scale of bayonet production with this scabbard and where it could have taken place? If it was a mass production, it is enough for me without giving details.
5) And a standard question: It was found together with the rifles: Mannlicher 1888/90, Mauser Gew98 and Mauser Kar98AZ. Could it have been linked to any of them.

Thanks
Tom

I've identified the scabbard to bayonet vz 24. Date and place of manufacture unknown. I know this is about the bayonet after the Great War, but I'd appreciate your help
1) I would like to ask how this model is dated (in what years of production)? The rifle itself is probably 1924-42, but were the bayonets manufactured in the same way? Please verify this information.
2) In what years was it used in the regular army and in what years? I am only interested in the German and Czechoslovakian armies.
3) Do you know anything about its use in World War II?
4) Do you know anything about the scale of bayonet production with this scabbard and where it could have taken place? Or, of course, the scabbard itself when it was produced but I doubt that such data is available. If it was a mass production, it is enough for me to have this information without giving details. I read that production took place in Zbrojovka Brno, since 1937 also in Považská Bystrica. Please confirm or deny it.
5) It was found together with the rifles: Mannlicher 1888/90, Mauser Gew98 and Mauser Kar98AZ. Could it have been linked to any of them?

Thanks

Tom

Nr1 is of post 1927 production S84/98 german bayonet, a main edged weapon in german army, unfortunally the damage is so heavy there could be not dated as there should be maker, date and serial number on each scabbard and bayonet. The 14,5 Million were made in 1934-45, so probably frequeantant bayonet in Poland, could be remained there since 1939 or later. It was mostly used with Kar98k rifle, but could used with different Mauser 98 system rifles.

Nr.2 is CS VZ,24 scabbard, unfortunally no possible say more 1924-50 is the time spane when it were made the bayonets, no stamps visible so no designation, used by CS Army and captured by German army in 1939 from Protectorate, so should be in Poland from campaing of 1939 or later. Offcoarse none of this bayonets could be used by Mannlicher M90 system, as there is different bayonet.

Normally it was used with Vz24 rifle, the bayonet was not extra used by germans on Kar98k as it was too long for them. The production scale of Vz.24 is more as 1,7 million, anyway with export complete.

Thank you. Andy here too.You answered my questions comprehensively. I just want to ask that I understand that there are differences between the oldest S84/98 and those after 1927. This is what's produced later?
To match the rest of the World War II relics, so I prefer to make sure

As mentioned the scabbard has a side screw of mouth piece, so its a S84/98 III.reich called by collectors, german used same model name. The earlier S84/98 were with screw above the hook. The Vz24 scabbard looks on find foto intact body, here already with large areas of lost, so i would personally stop the derusting prior the body is still intact, as the total cleaning to metall brings a very tiny item and the stamps or marking is not possible to read as too much material was removed.
