bifbas Posted 5 August , 2020 Share Posted 5 August , 2020 Good morning- in researching a soldier who was discharged in October 1917 I am unable to find any evidence of a silver war badge. Thomas Arthur Salter had served in The Post Office Rifles ( 1388) then The Labour Corps ( 342620). Are you able to throw any light on this situation please? thank you
Chef_Hendrix Posted 5 August , 2020 Share Posted 5 August , 2020 (edited) He's under Thomas Salter, no middle name recorded, Silver Badge no. 345379. 675 Coy ex 8th Imp. Ser. Bn. Both his service numbers are recorded. From Ancestry Edited 5 August , 2020 by Chef_Hendrix
