Any way to identify puttees?

Hi there. Here I have a total of 5 puttees. None of them are dated. So I ask, is there any way in identifying puttees and what era they are from, maybe the material is the key to knowing? I understand that puttees were used post ww1 so that is why I am wondering. Any help is great, thanks.

I can't speak for the other nations but British Army issued puttees were 9 foot in length.
