Hello

Can any member in the Barnet area with an interest in the soldiers of Chipping Barnet who died in the Great War help with anything on Charles Hill

All I know is that he came from Chipping Barnet area, and is commemorated on the local war memorial

He died on the 24 June 1915, and was buried at Bailleul Communal Cemetery Extension, Nord I. B. 138

Anything to help with this soldier will be much appriciated

Once again the WFA/Fold3 pension records [Pension Ledger and Pension card] have come good [what a great 'new' resource!  :-)].

Died of Wounds

Widow: Jessie May [Born 6.5.76] 14 Bruce Road, High Barnett

Children: Violet Mary b.5.11.1907

Robert Charles b.16.3.1911

Jessie b.30.9.1914

I should have mentioned all the relevant docs I have found, it was more information from a member who may be from Chipping Barnet 

who might be able to help with anything from that area regarding Charles Hill

ie Newspaper obituary or anything else of interest from the area
