Waggoner Posted 25 May , 2020 Share Posted 25 May , 2020 Does anyone know how many trumpeters were on the establishment of an ASC Divisional Train in 1914? I checked the sailing order of the 1st Divisional Train, CASC and there were four - one per company. Did an Imperial Divisional Train have the same establishment? All the best, Gary I believe they were indeed the same Gary. Most of the principal establishment tables can be found in the Field Service Pocket Book, 1914, here: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uc1.$b278451&view=1up&seq=98 Edited 26 May , 2020 by FROGSMILE

Waggoner Posted 26 May , 2020 Author Share Posted 26 May , 2020 Frogsmile, Agreed! It is a shame that it, and the Napoleonic Wars Forum, had to be taken down. All the best, Gary

All the best, Gary It did not have to be taken down, it was a deliberate act by the owner.
Waggoner Posted 26 May , 2020 Author Share Posted 26 May , 2020 Interesting. When I contacted the site owner soon after it was taken down, he told me he did it because of possible legal difficulties that he was not prepared to fight...or words to that effect. In any case, a great loss! All the best, Gary
