Guest Posted 21 May , 2020 Share Posted 21 May , 2020 (edited) Hi Just came across this conversation. I'm trying to find out a bit more about my great uncle, 130877 Pte Alexander Nicoll Foote who originally served in 1/1 Scottish Horse at Suvla Bay and in 26 Machine Gun Squadron. At some point I believe he was part of the ICC. Unfortunately his service record/attestation papers didn't survive WWII so what little information we have is from his medal card and some old family photos including one of soldiers on camels. On the reverse is written 26 Machine Gun Squadron on parade. Rosslyn Edited 21 May , 2020 by Guest Added photo
