Hi,

on a different subject, I have a 1914/15 star to a lieutenant du Plessies in the Craddock Commando, does anyone have any info on this unit?

Hello

 

I think its name is also written as ..Cradock

 

Mentioned as Govt troops in the 1914 South African Rebellion (SA) and for the South African troops in German South West Africa 1914-1915 (SWA)

 

There was a Commandant Phillipus Lodivicus Du Plessis ? commandant of the Cradock commando :thumbsup: :whistle:
