Identification of badges please (Yorks regiment???)

Any chance somebody could identify cap and or lapel badges please. Help most grateful

He is an Officer of the York & Lancaster Regiment.

 

Cap Badge and Collar "dogs' have the Union Rose above a  Royal Tiger,  facetiously called the cat and cabbage.

 

The ducal coronet comes from the Duchy of Lancaster.

Yes you can't miss the York and Lancaster Regiment and their distinctive badge.  The depot and HQ for the regiment was in Sheffield.
