Even not proper first letter font, its possible Reserve Infanterie Regiment Nr.205, 6 Companie, weapon nr.35. The unit was raised in October 1914.

The unit markings looks nice, very even, many times you can see units stamped uneven, to be perfectly strait like yours is in the minority. Is your rifle matching? Sling, muzzle cover, waist belt and a couple pouches are all not too expensive for a complete “ set”. But as is, your rifle/ bayonet look nice. Thanks for the post/ photo

Hi, not that rifle I'm afraid.  That's a trader pattern Snider Enfield from around 1880.  I have a 1909 Spandau Gew 98 though too.

I must be really off today. Yes, a 3 band rifle, standard Enfield/Snider, was looking at bayonet
