Clip from a Pension Ledger Card attached.

I can only interpret this as Gunshot Wound Ankle (written by a dyslexic clerk?) - or am I missing another possible part of the body to be wounded?

How about  " Throte, kneck, coph  and DieselJesus", all having appeared on prescription requests in my time?
