travers61 Posted 29 April , 2020 Share Posted 29 April , 2020 In shape in looks like a Victoria Cross, although in this photo the ribbon appears a pale colour, whereas army VC's in WW1 were crimson in colour. Thought to be William Cosgrove in another thread & I have to say its a good match for his photo on wiki.
