Query about SS 136 Defensive Measures against gas attack December 1916

Hello All,

In the 1920 version of 'CDS/SS Pamphlets - A Provisional listing' compiled by John Armatys, there is an entry for SS 136 'Defensive measures against Gas attack, 1916', with an imprint of December 1916. I have been searching for this pamphlet in the catalogue of the Imperial War Museum, Australian War Museum, Library and Archives Canada and several other repositories and have not had any luck. The search is complicated by the fact there are at least 3 other stationery service pamphlets with the same title:  CDS 388, published in Jan 1916 [imprint 2/16], SS 419, published in May 1916, and SS 534, first published in Feb 1917. Incidentally, CDS 388 is available online from the Australian War Memorial as part of the Durrant Papers, AWM2018.785.68 British intelligence and instructional papers 1915-1917, at https://www.awm.gov.au/collection/C2641778.

I have not been able to positively identify a source for SS 136. It is also not listed in the September 1917 or June 1918 versions of SS 58 or the March 1918 version of SS 390. The title page for SS 534 does not list an SS 136 of the many pamphlets it cancels, but SS 136 is mentioned in Jim Beach's article 'Issued by the General Staff: Doctrine Writing at British GHQ, 1917-1918'.  Given all the above, does any one have a confirmed location for SS 136 or have the document on hand and would be willing to share an electronic copy? Any information would be appreciated.
