Absent Voters List for Blaenavon

A plea. With the Gwent Archives being closed at present and not being able to accept research enquiries, does any forum member have access to a copy of the absent voters lists for Blaenavon? I would be grateful for a quick look-up.

Oh, you are a star. Thank you. The most up to date info I have concerns one of the Emery family who ran the "Whistle Inn" at the time of the 1911 census (and the "Rifleman" before that). It is William Lewis Emery, who served in the Royal Garrison Artillery with number 102646. The unit with which he went to France was broken up and I'd like to identify what happened to him after that. The AVL may be the only hope.

His entry (at Whistle Inn) only gives his number and RGA. No unit.

No other entry for the address.
