- 253rd Tunnelling Company

I only have the WD of 253 TC (WO 95 488/5) for the period January 1916 to June 1917. The Company began mining work on the Front G 11 b 5 7 to H 19 a 3 6 and there are many reports of British and German Blows, some with map references. It is worth downloading. I attach part of the Loos Trench Map Sheet 36 N W 3 which I bought at Kew.
