Hi All,

Finally getting round to scanning and documenting some of my collection influenced by Corona lockdown. Attached are some postcard images which may be of interest for those researching. 3 are from St Leonard's Hall in Edinburgh, an 18thC mansion, now part of the University of Edinburgh. It was a Red Cross Hospital during WW1, nearby Prestonfield Gold Course, hence the golf clubs in one of the images. One of these postcards has correspondence from a nurse called Katie, dated 17th September 1915. There are some recurring faces between the images, particularly the matron. Also attached is an unusual postcard showing a sale of work at the Victoria hospital in 1917.

Thanks

Ross
