Lewis Rogers Posted 19 March , 2020 Share Posted 19 March , 2020 I am attaching a magnificent image of what I believe to be a group of officers in training during WW1. It measures 20cmx28cm and is printed on thin photographic paper. The reverse has written in pen 'Birmingham Pals/Liverpool Pals' but I feel this is probably incorrect. It is an image of such high quality that regimental badges and individuals can be easily recognised. I have contacted the library and they confirmed that officers were indeed trained there during WW1 but could offer no further details. Can anyone tell me a bit more about this amazing photo? PRC Posted 19 March , 2020 Share Posted 19 March , 2020 (edited) Hi, Probably best to have only one thread on the go on the same subject - prevents duplication of effort all round. (But still a great picture Cheers, Peter Edited 19 March , 2020 by PRC Add link
