Two 1919 deaths on Arras Flying Services Memorial

On the Arras Flying Services Memorial there are two commemorations of men who died in 1919 and whose fate was presumably never known. One is AM 1st Class Christopher Thomas FORREST, 5 Squadron, missing on 13 February 1919. The other is Sgt George FISHER, 29 Squadron, missing on 16 June 1919. Does anyone have any details of them, please?
