Harold Smith 305979 RAF Service Record

I am researching a family ancestor, Harold James Smith, who joined the RAF as an Air Mechanic towards the end of the Great War. I have obtained a copy of his service record (attached). The family story is that he served at RAF Rustington but is anyone able to help me understand the entries under the “Movements” section of this document (expanded copy attached) to determine whether this story is correct? Most grateful for any help. Steve.
