The cap badge can't be seen easily, but here is what I know of Ernest - born 1896 in Bristol. His brother George Henry William Gregory served in the 1/6th Glosters (2470 & 265419). Shoulder title looks to be for a Territorial unit. T- RFA. ? (Gloucester a good possibility). A close look with a magnifier may reveal more.
