Chris_Baker Posted 14 February , 2020 Share Posted 14 February , 2020 I am researching a soldier of the Royal Army Medical Corps and, as so often with these men, it is proving hard to pin down his unit. The AVL may be the only way that now remains. Is anyone able to advise me whether the Margate list still exists and, if so, where and how it can be seen? Chris_Baker Posted 14 February , 2020 Author Share Posted 14 February , 2020 Thanks Coldstreamer but I know that list to be incomplete. I'm not giving up just yet!
Coldstreamer Posted 14 February , 2020 Share Posted 14 February , 2020 Its 5 years old list and did seem rather short TBH have you asked the local library ?
Chris_Baker Posted 14 February , 2020 Author Share Posted 14 February , 2020 Kent Archives Centre catalogue shows they have the list for Thanet. This presumably covers Margate. Looks like a trip.
