BillyH Posted 28 January , 2020 Share Posted 28 January , 2020 An Australian story about poppies disappearing from the tomb of their unknown soldier. It's pretty easy to forgive the culprit though! https://mymodernmet.com/pigeon-poppy-nest-australia/ BillyH.

o j kirby Posted 29 January , 2020 Share Posted 29 January , 2020 Pigeons are excellent birds. We used to look on them as pests until we got to know a few. Now we have a colony of them that we give seed to. We call them the "Featheren" which is short for the "feathered brethren". Two of them are a really tame couple, and land on our hands to be fed from a small bowl. We call them Boggsy and Boff. We also get another three on the hands as well which makes for a bit of a crowd. Great value! We had to supply Boggsy and Boff with nesting material. They had the best construction in town! The Australian story is great! Cheers, Owain. TEW Posted 29 January , 2020 Share Posted 29 January , 2020 A very clever pigeon! has thwarted the anti-bird nesting spikes. Hope it's left to be. TEW
