Edoguy1305 Posted 28 January , 2020 Share Posted 28 January , 2020 I acquired a US tunic that belonged to someone in the 111th Engineer Regiment, 36th Division ("111 Engys" is inked on the inside of the liner), and it has this patch on the left arm. Because I have never seen this patch before, I am inclined to think that it is the insignia of the 111th Engineers (which I could not find any evidence for existing), which would make sense as it includes the colors green and blue, both of which are in the 36th Division's Insignia. But usually, unit insignias are pretty rough and this one seems to be much nicer than any handmade insignia, but I suppose there is a chance that it was custom-made in France post-armistice or the US after they returned home. Has anyone ever seen this before?
