Webley Mk1 Service Revolver

Looking at the burst Webley revolvers. In addition to some causes, like multiple charge, missing charge with primer only, blocked barrel...... if I recall some bursts were linked to handloads with heavy solid based bullets fired from revolvers with tight chamber mouths which caused excessive pressures and some of them could not withstand the pressure. Additionally it was speculated that small quantities of fast powders could give higher than expected pressures under some circumstances, especially where they occupied low case volume. Just a couple of possibilities.
