NR72 Posted 26 January , 2020 Share Posted 26 January , 2020 I am trying to track down the service records and back ground of these men who assisted Sub Lt Tiisdall when he won his VC on V Beach Gallipoli in 1915 I know they received the CGM except for Curtiss who was reported missing and I know 3 of them were Anson Bn not sure on the Chief LS Fred Curtiss – I can find no record of him Chief Petty Officer (now Sub-Lieutenant) William Henry Perring, R.N.V.R. Leading Seaman James Malia, K.P. 760.- Believed to be from Rotheram Area ? Leading Seaman James Parkinson, K.P. 98.
