Guest Posted 22 January , 2020 Share Posted 22 January , 2020 Hi there, I’m new the forum and am hoping that someone out there can assist me with a research project I’m working on relating to 7897 Sergeant Thomas Parker DCM, of the Northamptonshire Regiment. From Ancestry, I know that as a pre war regular, he went out to France on the 13th August 1914 with the 1st battalion (MIC confirms this) and I know that he was awarded the DCM with the 2nd battalion in 1917. However, after that, I’m drawing a complete blank on him. Can anyone point me in the direction of any other research avenues, in trying to find out where he was from etc. Thank you Mark Green
